Moisés E. Figueroa Pérez specializes in the intersection of intellectual property, commercial law, and strategic consulting, with a strong focus on empowering businesses and startups. Drawing on years of experience in the startup ecosystem, he actively mentors early-stage companies in accelerator and incubation programs, offering critical legal guidance to help entrepreneurs overcome challenges and seize growth opportunities.
Mr. Figueroa Pérez earned his Bachelor of Arts in General Studies, Juris Doctor, and Master of Laws in Commercial Law from the University of Puerto Rico. He is licensed to practice law in Puerto Rico and is also authorized to practice Notarial law within the jurisdiction.
In addition to his legal expertise, Mr. Figueroa Pérez is an engaged member of leading professional organizations. He serves on the Copyright Committee of both the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Interamerican Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI), where he plays an integral role in shaping the future of intellectual property law. He is also a committed member of the Puerto Rico Lawyers Association.
